Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Apex Secure mobile application and the Apex Secure Tech platform (the “Service”), operated by Mosh Support Pty Ltd, trading as Apex Secure Tech (ABN 38 672 919 630).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

The Service is intended for use by authorised staff of schools, boarding houses, and commercial properties who have entered into an agreement with Apex Secure Tech for the deployment of vape detection hardware and platform services.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@apexsecuretech.com of any unauthorised access.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service, including software, branding, documentation, and detection algorithms, is owned by Mosh Support Pty Ltd, trading as Apex Secure Tech or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Apex Secure Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided as an alerting tool and does not replace human oversight or institutional duty-of-care responsibilities.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or other legitimate reasons.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
