Common questions
Sensor offline?
Check the device’s power source and confirm the school WiFi network is online. If the sensor doesn’t reconnect within 5 minutes, contact us.
Not receiving alerts?
Check your notification settings in the Apex Secure app and confirm you have an active staff account assigned to your boarding house.
Need to add new staff?
A school administrator can invite new staff members via the Apex Secure app under Settings → Users.
